Where to: Sibu Island, Johor

Paradise
Not surprisingly, I was the youngest there. Everyone else was like in their mid-twenties and above. It was kinda weird at first but I somehow got the hang of it.
(This trip came at a weird time because it was like in between 2 of my busiest weeks this year)
It's been like 342341 yearxz since I last set foot in Malaysia. Okay, the last time was in 2004, when I was in Secondary 2.
The roads were long and windy (literally). Luckily, I had my iPod blasting in my ears, so no motion sickness for me. I had a good sleep, considering I slept for 2 hours each, 2 days before. While travelling, I realised that there's really a lot of land, greenery after greenery. Pretty amazing. You certainly can't find that in Singapore.
After a 2 hour journey by bus, we reached the jetty, where we had to take a 30 minute ferry ride to Sibu Island itself. The water was quite choppy but I was quite proud of myself as I didn't feel seasick at all! (Daddy would be so proud of me. Heh)
This is our little resort on the island. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance but it does look good right? It's supposed to be a pool bar.
