Had our DMA storyboard presentation today and I must say, it went quite well. Now, we gotta start planning for CA3 which is executing our storyboard (filming + editing) for our corporate video. LOL.
After that we had a short meeting in FC 4 about the Navy filming trip. It was then when Amanda and I realised that on the day we went to recce the battleship, the 2 year 3 guys who came along are from the Oops! magazine (it's a school publication) and this can only mean one thing (for those of you who can read my mind, good for you~). LOL. OK, think a bit too far already. Again, we had to brainstorm for ideas on what to film. Seriously, we came up with really funny ideas ranging from Navy Titanic to Captain Jack Sparrow. However, most of which were rejected by Ms Kwa. HAHAHA :D
During the exceptionally short (20mins) MMR lecture just now, we were learning about content analysis. Guess what we had to endure and analyze?
It's none other than Happy Tree Friends! We watched not 1, not 2 BUT 3 episodes of it~
For those of you with deprived childhood, Happy Tree Friends is a flash cartoon with really cute cartoon characters but it is extremely violent, with nearly every episode featuring blood, gore, and violent gruesome deaths. As indicated on the official site, it is "not recommended for small children". -Wikipedia definition
Hahaha. Yeah, so it was kinda sadistic to watch and even laugh at some point. Really can't help it. The characters can be so dumb and yet so cute. For those of you with a weak heart, you better not try to watch it :)
So after 3 doses of Happy Tree friends episodes, I think we're kinda disgusted and distracted, so Ms Kwa had to end the lecture early because I think a lot of people cannot concentrate already. Why end so early? Hahaha. It's ok, I guess everything happens for a reason. :)
